Mind-Body Nutrition Coaching

As a Mind-Body Eating Coach with the Institute for Psychology of Eating, I'm guiding individuals who are looking for more connection with their own body and the way their body and soul are being nourished, who are wishing let go of their old habits or behavioral patterns, and are open to understand the deeper message behind their (physical) symptoms and (eating) habits. For those who would like to learn how they can feed and nourish their body and soul to get rid of their symptoms by honoring them as a teacher and learning the lessons they are here to communicate, and want to find peace with their own body image, out of respect for the life that we are. If you interested to learn more, please send me a message via the contact form below.
