Participants' Feedback:

"I wanted to slow down, destress, and connect with the forest. And that really happened during the weekend! I feel more grounded and in harmony with nature, and less angry / disenchanted about what we are doing to the planet."

"This weekend is so good and beneficial, I can really recommend it to anyone who wants to get more in touch with nature, their inner self, and/or likeminded people. Kat is an experienced forest guide, a gentle and wise facilitator, and really considerate and giving. The accommodation, the food, and the programme were really well prepared by her, with lots of love and dedication. The forest in Maarn is beautiful, extensive, and varied, a really good spot for forest bathing. Finally, it was great to be in a small group, and I enjoyed the humour, wisdom, and company of the other participants very much. Thank you so much for making this possible!"
